Industrial Park to Make Way for Condo Complex in Old Town Tustin

Commuters passing Tustin on the I-5 may have noticed what seems to be an abrupt disappearance of 11 buildings that once comprised an industrial park. Actually, bulldozers and backhoes arrived at the intersection of Sixth and B streets back in June.

“They started on 6th Street and have worked their way through, so now the demolition is more apparent from the freeway,” said Elaine Dove, senior planner for Tustin’s Community Development Department.
