Pardee Homes Inland Empire Looks to Make Splash with 55+ Development

With the goal of redefining 55+ community development, Pardee Homes is developing Altis in Beaumont, Calif., that, when complete, will feature 704 homes priced starting in the low $300s. The community’s grand opening in slated for summer 2018 and will be Pardee Homes Inland Empire’s first foray into the 55+ market. The builder has broken ground on The VuePoint at Altis, a 16,000-square-foot residents ’club, which will serve as the community’s epicenter.
Mike Taylor, division president of Pardee Homes Inland Empire, said a host of research was conducted in advance of planning and designing Altis.
