Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the luxury apartment development division of Toll Brothers, America’s Luxury Home Builder, is rapidly expanding across the country and seeks a Multi-family Land Acquisition and Development Manager to assist in the identification and assessment of land purchase and development opportunities in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Use your expertise in multi-family land acquisition and development to help fuel our growth!

The Multi-family Land Acquisition and Development Manager will work independently to negotiate land acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements. The successful candidate will also participate in due diligence, including concept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis.

In addition, the Multi-family Land Acquisition and Development Manager will be deal-oriented and understand the dynamics of the Los Angeles/Orange County land market. The successful candidate will have a solid background in land planning, zoning, law, and/or real estate, as well as a demonstrated understanding of strategies to take advantage of current trends and adjust acquisition efforts accordingly.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in multi-family land acquisitions
  • Must have residential land acquisition experience in multi-family or in-fill projects and proven success navigating the unique dynamics of the Los Angeles/Orange County land market
  • Experience in Land Acquisitions, Planning and Development
  • Highly organized with exceptional analytical skills and understanding of complex financial analysis
