Builders Reporting Strong Spring Sales
Consistent with anecdotal reports from in the trenches, the data seems to be proving out that the spring selling season is shaping up to be an improvement over the prior year. Since the great downturn, the new home market has struggled to gain traction on a path towards recovery and has been moving in fits and starts. Nevertheless, overall, there are positive indications, so far, that this year could be an inflection point in the cycle.
