Los Angeles—Intracorp Cos. has appointed Brad Perozzi as president in South California. In his new role, Perozzi will drive business strategy and have executive leadership for the entire organization, including the Pacific Northwest Region. Based in Newport Beach, he will manage a team of development, construction, marketing and finance professionals, and oversee a development pipeline which includes land, for-sale and rental multifamily development.
