The New Home Company, Aliso Viejo, Cal. (NEW HOME, NYSE: NWHM) on Friday announced that construction is underway at Seabluff, a new collection of 75 contemporary townhomes and stacked flats within Playa Vista, the connected urban community developed by Brookfield Residential on the Westside of Los Angeles in the area known as Silicon Beach. Seabluff is NEW HOME’s first neighborhood at Playa Vista and is the final opportunity for attached, for-sale homes in the entire master-planned community.
