San Juan Capistrano’s Oaks Farms Honored as Nation’s Best New Community

The Oaks Farms in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. was honored this week at the International Builder’s Show as the nation’s Community of the Year. The National Association of Home Builders’ “Nationals” Awards have showcased innovation, imagination and marketing flair for the past 37 years, attracting hundreds of nominations from the best builders in the country. This year, in addition to Community of the Year, The Nationals presented The Oaks Farms with top honors for Best Landscaping and Best Interior Merchandising.
