Tricon Capital Group Invests 142.5M in Arantine Hills

While the Inland Empire has taken a relative breather in terms of land activity in 2014, experienced, sophisticated players seemingly remain bullish on the long-term (if not the immediate-term) prospects for the region. The recent $142.5M investment commitment by Canada-based Tricon Capital Group in the Arantine Hills masterplan located in Corona and to be developed by local operator, The New Home Company, is strong evidence of this fact.
