Orange County Remains a Hotbed of Masterplan Activity
This study from Metrostudy confirms what we already knew – Orange County is the land of the masterplan. Three out of the Top 20 masterplans in the country (as measured by starts through the first half of 2014) are in Orange County, and these three are the only ones in California breaking the Top 20. Leading the pack in California is, not surprisingly, the Irvine Ranch, number two overall, which accounted for 1,261 starts through the first half of the year.
