168 New Condos Coming to Dana Point

Dana Point is getting 168 new condominiums on Pacific Coast Highway. Encinitas-based homebuilder Zephyr is set to begin selling the South Cove project at Del Obispo and PCH, next to the landmark Denny’s restaurant and across the street from Doheny State Beach. South Cove will offer three styles of homes, in 34 structures, running from one to three bedrooms; some with rooftop patios; 10 will have live-work space on PCH.
