The Robert Green Company and Zephyr jointly acquired a 16-acre oceanfront parcel in Del Mar, CA. The Encinitas, CA firms envision development of a luxury resort, branded resort villas, restaurants and meeting space. The developers assembled seven parcels owned by three separate owners, and are seeking community input as the planning process commences.
