Lewis Enters into JV with Limoneira on Santa Paula Gateway Development

The Lewis Group of Companies, based out of Upland, entered into a joint venture arrangement with The Limoneira Company for development of the Santa Paula Gateway project in the City of Santa Paula, Ventura County. Lewis, known as one of the most prolific land developers in the Inland Empire, will be a 50/50 partner in the JV and is likely to take the lead on land development activities. Santa Paula Gateway is spread across 500 acres and at will build-out will have approximately 1,500 residential units.
