MBK Set to Open in Gardena

MBK’s 1500 Artesia Square project in Gardena is scheduled to open for sale this month. Located in the City of Gardena’s Artesia Corridor Specific Plan, where MBK successfully closed out of its 97-unit 1600 Artesia Square project, 1500 Artesia Square will consist of 60 townhomes and lofts with pricing expected to begin in the mid-$500s.
