Cornerstone Communities Developing 317-Unit Project in Oceansid

San Diego-based Cornerstone Communities breaks ground on Pacific Ridge, a 30-acre, 317-unit gated development in the Rancho del Oro master-planned community in the City of Oceanside, North San Diego County. Pacific Ridge will consist of three product lines ranging from townhomes to single-family detached units with floorplans from 1,570 to 2,030 square feet.
